My Approach


 For over 30 years, I've worked with people with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and relationship issues. I offer both individual and couples therapy. My style is down to earth, direct and collaborative. I will listen to you and share my thoughts and ideas with you. I strive to help people become aware of past patterns of thinking, feeling and interacting that may be adding to their current problems. This can bring about great relief as well as emotional growth and better ways of dealing with one's difficulties. I truly believe that a safe, supportive, and non-biased therapeutic relationship can help bring about positive changes, including helping people to find a new sense of themselves, to develop more confidence, to make better life choices, to have healthier relationships, and to create and sustain a more fulfilling life.
